ProofPass.com allows you to upload your custom logo. From the home page click the “Modify Account Settings” link. By default, the ProofPass.com logo is used. Click the browse button and select your logo. Your logo must be a gif, jpg, or png file under 60KB in size

User Levels Administrator The administrator has full privileges to do everything for the account. For security reasons it is suggested that the administrator account should only be used when modifying settings.

User Levels has been implemented on the ProofPass.com server and currently allows for two user levels. Both levels of users use the same installation id, but their passwords are different. Passwords for all the users can be modified by the administrator by clicking the Modify Account Passwords link on the main ProofPass.com page.

We advise that before you upgrade, you remove your old application. The first time you launch your freshly upgraded application it may take some extra time to download all your data sets, standards, and other data. If your application gives you a time out error set it to 2 minutes(or forever) and let it run it's process. If you feel you need to force quit the application, you should go thru the uninstall - reinstall process.
