- Log into ProofPass.com
- Choose Create Data Set from the Maintenance section in the center column.
- On the Data Set Creation page fill out the Data Set Creation form and choose a control strip to use.
- Click the Create Data Set button or Quit if you do not wish to proceed
- If you clicked he Create Data Set button a screen should confirm if your request was successful.
- If you received an error read the error description to see which field you might have forgot to fill out. Click the back button to complete the form.
