- Log into ProofPass.com

  - Click the Create Data Set button or Quit if you do not wish to proceed
  - If you clicked he Create Data Set button a screen should confirm if your request was successful.\\ {{data_set_creation_03.png?300|}}
  - If you received an error read the error description to see which field you might have forgot to fill out. Click the back button to complete the form.\\ {{data_set_creation_04.png?300|}}
